  • If you fill out a contact form through mypentaxmedical/eu, we register your name, e-mail, job title, phone number, company, country, zip code, job category as well as the reason for contacting us and/or any comments you have entered on the form. This information is then used to handle your contact request in the most appropriate way in accordance with your request.

  • If through the myPentaxmedical customer portal you wish to download manuals, make repair requests, book trainings or events or apply for i-scan certification, you have to create an account. In that case we process your name, phone number , user name, password and e-mail address to create the account,

  • If you subsequently make a repair request, if you register for a training or an event, or if you apply for i-scan certification, we register information on your request, order and invoice information, job title, job category and job specialty, company name, company website address, to comply with your request and to communicate with you.

Order products

  • If you order a product from us, we process your name, company name, job title, specialty and job category, address, e-mail address, company address, e-mail address, order and invoice information, to deliver the product and handle payment and to provide customer service.

Newsletters

  • If you consent or subscribe to our PENTAX Medical newsletter, PENTAX Medical will use your e-mail address to send you newsletters on PENTAX Medical products and services.
